You must be always on a run, however, whenever you are putting something inside your mouth, you need to be slow. Chew slowly. Try to use chopsticks or fork to make the process slower. Don’t just grab your food and binge on eating.

Swap all your drinks with water. Nothing can be more thirst quenching than water. Say bye to your sodas, milkshakes, juices, and other beverages forever. Yes, you can always try herbal tea, espresso and lemon honey water.

Eat More In Day

If you are in a habit of eating more in night rather than daytime than your weight loss goals are going nowhere. Eat whatever you want in daytime rather than eating them in the night. Your dinner should consist of salad, soup or something light.
